Dr. Suresh N. Gadasalli Receives Award for Excellence in Community Service
Recipients of the Fourteenth Annual Heritage of Odessa Foundation's 1997 Awards
Dr. Suresh Gadasalli was one of thirteen outstanding men and women honored on the evening of February 19, 1998 for Excellence in Community Service and for their significant contributions to the quality of life in Odessa. Dr. Gadasalli was the recipient of the Heritage of Odessa Foundation's Award for Excellence in Community Service in the "Health and Science" category.
Nominations were submitted by the public and judged by a distinguished panel of community leaders. The individuals chosen within 13 categories have made a significant impact with their volunteer time, energy and expertise for the growth, good life and progress of Odessa.
These citizens looked beyond their profession, saw deficiencies within their community and then unselfishly and constructively got busy to correct these deficiencies.
The Heritage of Odessa Foundation salutes tese 13 recipients for their energy and dedication to making this city a great place to live.
