Governor Rick Perry visits The Healthy Heart Center

Texas Governor Rick Perry spent some time touring The Healthy Heart Center on September 5, 2003. Governor Perry was in Odessa to promote the passage of Proposition 12 in the Constitutional Amendment election held on September 13.
